“Tannoy’s legacy

Invite the artist into your living room
TANNOY has created many legendary speakers since Guy R. Fountain founded the company more than 90 years ago. Many artists have placed their trust in us, recording their most iconic songs with TANNOY monitors. Many of you have honored us by choosing our speakers for your home. When the original HPD series was released in 1974, the goal was simple – bring the sound of the recording studio to home hi-fi. Letting the artist into his living room. Brighten the lives of our customers through beautiful and authentic sound. To this day these continue to be our objectives and that is why we have decided to create the Legacy series, as a tribute to these iconic speakers.

Hand made
We are proud and excited about the new Legacy series, which pays tribute to our company’s rich heritage. Handmade in Scotland, UK. Every detail is tested and checked until it meets our rigorous quality standards.

Exceptional dynamics
Visually, the design is based on the original range, with several key improvements to the terminals, trim panels, switches and the removal of the dust cover from the transducers. These models feature large Dual Concentric speakers and, thanks to this cutting-edge technology, they manage to reproduce music just as it was intended.

This series consists of three models -ARDEN, CHEVIOT and EATON-, all of them hand-made in Scotland, United Kingdom.
