Surprise union in the cinema: Kylie Minogue and Tarantino film together

Kylie Minogue is once again on the cinema radar after confirming her participation in the new project by Welsh director Jamie Adams, where she will share a cast with Quentin Tarantino, who will also appear in front of the camera, as an actor.

The film, still without title or official synopsis, is being filmed in Wales and has been described as an “improvised style piece”, according to Variety, very much in line with the “Nouvelle Vague” cinema that characterizes Adams. In recent weeks, the team has been seen filming scenes in the town of Porthcawl, apparently surrounding a funeral and wake.

For Kylie Minogue, this new role adds another chapter to a short but very varied filmography, where she has alternated iconic cameos and cult roles. Among his most memorable appearances are his debut in ‘The Delinquents’ (1989), his legendary pop leap in ‘Street Fighter’ (1994), his participation in ‘Moulin Rouge!’ (2001) or his unexpected cinematic reappearance in ‘Holy Motors’ (2012) by Leos Carax.

As for Tarantino, his participation as an actor is no rarity: the filmmaker has occasionally appeared as an actor in his own films, such as ‘Reservoir Dogs’ or ‘Pulp Fiction’, in addition to various cameos in projects by other directors.
