Sua denounces the genocide of Palestine in “Sutea”

The Biscay Quartet Sua He publishes the first advance song of his third album.

After a time of silence, the group Sua He is back with the first song of what will be his third album, “Sutea” º. Although all the songs have their way to different interpretations, in the case of “Sutea” the message is clear and direct: denounce the genocide that is happening in Gaza, thus rejecting suffering, silenced pain and the massacre that today does not cease in Palestine. The group does not remain silent, and shows solidarity, in addition to not being silent. A cry against hatred, a call for life, and a cry for justice.

Sua He took his first steps in 2018 and forms it today Ane (voice), Janire (bass and keyboards), Julen (guitar) and Esteban (drums). His beginnings were very promising, with a first homonymous EP that managed to take first place in the list of the best demos of Euskadi Navarra and La Rioja in 2019 of the Zarata edition, in addition to the Prize for Best Band of Euskadi Gaztea Maketa Lehiaketa the same year. At the end of that year, confirmation with “Ordu Beltzak” arrived, his first album with 9 songs that tilted between Basque and English with lyrics that approached different aspects of feminism without ambiguity. Between 2020 and 2022 his previous album was created, composed of 10 songs that showed varied influences and faced with individual and collective fears.

“Sutea” has been recorded in the Studio Tio Pete by the hand of José Lastra and has been produced by Jon Badiola. The authors of the video clip have been Ximon Agirre and Iker Gozategi.
