Sónar held a press conference this week at the Estrella Damm Factory in Barcelona to present to the media the 2024 Sónar and Sónar +D programming that will be deployed on June 13, 14 and 15.
In the meeting with the press, Sónar has confirmed that the festival will be held only at the Fira Gran Via de L'Hospitalet (its nighttime location) from 2026 due to the remodeling works of the fair spaces that will be carried out in Montjuic. The works are expected to finish in 2029.
Today, Sónar has revealed schedules and programming by day. As always, on Thursday the 13th it will be held only during daytime hours -Sónar by Day- at the Fira de Montjuïc. Olof Dreijer will pass through this space at 5:00 p.m., Judeline at 5:45 p.m., Sevdaliza at 6:45 p.m. or Folamour AV at 10:00 p.m.
On Friday the 14th, Sónar by Day will feature the presence of Laurent Garnier, who will take the stage at 6:55 p.m. At Sónar by Night -at Fira Gran Via- Air will present 'Moon Safari' from 10:00 p.m. and Jessie Ware will perform from 11:30 p.m. Ben Böhmer is scheduled at 1.05 and Kaytranada at 2.25, among others.
As for Saturday, the Sónar by Day programming will feature the presence of Mainline Magic Orchestra at 4:20 p.m., Tommy Cash at 6:40 p.m. or Laurel Halo at 7:45 p.m. Sónar by Night will be opened by Paul Kalkbrenner at 10:00 p.m. and will be followed by Vince Staples at 11:30 p.m., Charlotte De Witte at 1:15 a.m. or Floating Points at 2:30 a.m. All schedules are available here.
