SON Estrella Galicia announces the programming of its new season, which will maintain its most popular formats and festivals for another year. And, as usual, it will feature a long list of artists from the most diverse genres.
The beer musical project continues to differentiate and evolve without losing its essence, betting on national talent and supporting smaller venues. In a context of constant transformation of the music industry, SON Estrella Galicia focuses on venues as fundamental spaces for artistic development and on the disruption of formats as the key to changing the way music is experienced. Thus, the project announces its new season, maintaining its alliance with festivals, and presenting a very complete line-up.
The concert series integrates a strong line-up marked above all by international names. A live programming that integrates more than forty theaters in five countries – in the last year, they have joined Kuivi Warehouses in Oviedo either Galileo Galilei, Freedom 8 and Cadavra in Madridexpanding its circuit even further—and that will hold around one hundred concerts during the year with artists such as Juana Molina, Black Country New Road, Alizzz, Puma Blue, Ela Minus, Hinds, mori, HAAi, Sprints, Holy Fuck, Malibu, Man/Woman/Chainsaw, Altın Gün, Teo Lucadamo, Pacifica or Marie Davidsonamong many others. Their live shows will disembark in cities like A Coruña, Barcelona, Bilbao, Granada, Lugo, Madrid, Ourense, Oviedo, Santander, Santiago de Compostela, Valladolid or Vigo.
On the other hand, SON Estrella Galicia maintains its alliance with festivals and national cycles that go outside the conventional circuit, with a background closer to the promotion of venues and new talents in the face of massive events. This year it will celebrate the tenth edition of SON Estrella Galicia Posidonia —the festival for those who flee from festivals—, which will be announced soon, and maintains collaboration with meetings such as Monkey Week, Canela Party, Sinsal, WOS, Underfest or Beat Out.
He will also return soundhoodwhich will be deployed in cities such as Bilbao (April 11), London (September 25 and 26) or Barcelona (October 17)offering an energetic program that combines concerts, interactive beer culture workshops and activities that connect music, gastronomy and community.
