Slipknot, very limited edition of the unreleased album “Look Outside Your Window”

Slipknot they will finally launch “Look Outside Your Window” for this year’s Record Store Day, putting 2,300 copies on sale.

The band’s lost album, “Look Outside Your Window“, will finally be released for the Record Store Day 2026, next April 18. Fans will finally be able to hear this experimental album after percussionist Clown (Shawn Crahan) told his followers to have faith in 2026, because it was going to be their year. The band has been repeatedly delaying the release of the album since 2019. Now, Only 2,300 copies of the album will go on sale.. The list of songs that make up “Look Outside Your Window” are: “11th March”; “Moth”; “Dirge”; “Christina”; “Is Real”; “Away”; “In Reverse”; “Toad”; “Juliette” and “U Can’t Stop This”.

The album was recorded in 2008 by Clown, Corey Taylor, Sid Wilson and Jim Rootwho simultaneously recorded “All Hope Is GoneHowever, only one track from those sessions has been released so far: the bonus track “Til We Die” from “All Hope Is Gone.” Referring to the project, the band stated: “We knew we were following a different creative path, completely separate from Slipknot, and we pursued it with enthusiasm. We call the project “Look Outside Your Window“as a tribute to this experimental spirit.”

Slipknot is a heavy metal and nu metal band formed in the United States in 1995. Their self-titled debut album was released in 1999, and after it came 6 more, including “All Hope Is Gone” (08) and the last “The End, So Far”, in 2022.
