Shawn Crahanbest known as the leader of the metal band Slipknot Under the nickname “Clown”, he has announced that he will have to undergo heart surgery, although it may sound more serious than it is.
At fifty-six years old, it seems that Shawn “Clown” Crahan’s heart isn’t working as well as it should. On Rick Rubin’s podcast he has stated that he is going to have to undergo heart surgery sooner rather than later. Apparently, his heart prevents him from leading a normal life and, obviously, the tours and concerts with the band do not allow him the necessary rest.
In fact, doctors have warned him at some point that he could suffer a heart attack. Crahan admits that he is not feeling well and that is why he went to the doctors. Overweight, his living conditions, etc., have led him to this situation.
In any case, the musician himself points out that it is “a very simple surgery. Generally, you can leave the hospital the same day you have surgery. It is not an open heart operation, but rather it is something related to electricity.”
Let’s remember that, a few weeks ago, Slipknot published the lost album “Look Outside Your Window” taking advantage of Record Store Day.
