Shakira, hospitalized in Lima, Cancela Show

Shakira has been hospitalized in Lima, Peru, due to abdominal pain, and has canceled the first of the two concerts he had scheduled at the National Stadium of Lima, on Sunday, February 16. The next is Monday, February 17, a concert that Shakira hopes to make. The 16 was the third date of the newly released world tour of Shakira, from which the Colombian singer has completed two concerts in Brazil, in Sao Paulo and Rio de Janeiro, on February 11 and 13, respectively.

In a statement, Shakira has announced that a new date in Peru will be announced soon, and that plans to return to the scenarios “as possible.”

In the same statement, Shakira reports: «I regret informal that last night I had to go to the emergency room for an abdominal picture and I am hospitalized at this time. The doctors who attend me have informed me that I am not in a position to present a concert tonight. I am very sad of not being able to get on stage today. I have been with great emotion and enthusiasm to meet again with my dear Peruvian audience. I hope to be better tomorrow, and that they are discharged as soon as possible to be able to present the show that I have prepared for all of you. My plan is to perform this show as soon as possible. My team and the promoter are already working on a new date to communicate them ».

The tour ‘Women no longer cry Tour’ has started this week in Latin America and from May will land in the United States, until the end of June. The dates in Spain are expected to be announced soon.
