Second edition of the Bunker fair in Barakaldo

The popular fair, with free access, promoted by the Barakaldo City Council and included within the project Hiriko Soinuakwill return from October 25 to 27, revolving around music and emotions.

It will be the second edition of the event, which will run parallel to the Hiriko Soinuak festivalduring daylight hours.

Artists and writers will talk again about their emotional connection with music: musicians Roberto Moso (Zarama), Ricardo Lezon (McEnroe) and Oscar Avendaño (The Bo Derek’s, Siniestro Total) will talk with Iker Bárbara (MondoSonoro Euskal Herria coordinator) and will present and sign their autobiographical books.

The group Derby Motoreta’s Burrito Kachimbathe musicians Antonio Arias and Eric Jimenez of Nick Lizard and Ana Curra They will also talk with Iker Bárbara before their concerts at the festival of Hiriko Soinuakwhich will take place a few meters from the Bunker location on October 25 and 26.

Likewise, Bunker will also host the concerts of Mountain Men (70s hard rock versions with Jokin Salaverria, Miguel Moral and Unai G. Kortazar) and The Empty Fridge (Barakaldo best artist Hiriko Soinuak 2019); and a workshop taught by the psychologist specialized in art-therapy and composer and vocalist of the group Arima, Paule Bilbaoto students from the Bituritxa Vocational Training Institute in Barakaldo, who, at the end, will take a guided tour of the Hiriko Soinuak festival site.

The fair will once again have 10 stands among which attendees will be able to find record stores, clothing and merchandising from musical artists such as the Barakaldesa Long Play, Comun20 (Zaragoza), Munsterama (Santurtzi), Picaraza Shop (Zaragoza), Re- Loop Shop (Logroño) or Vinylora (Vitoria-Gasteiz).

The Katakrak bookstore and publishing house (Pamplona) and the collector’s items store on cinema, series, comics and Manga Mano del Friki (Barakaldo) will also be present. Finally, two of the stands will be used for a photographic exhibition of Stuart MacDonald.
