The 12th edition of Ebroclub Festivaldedicated to the sounds of the sixties, is celebrated this coming weekend in Miranda de Ebro.
He returns Ebroclub, the urban festival organized by the Friends of Rafael Izquierdo Cultural Association, with a luxury line-up for lovers of sixties sounds. This year the lineup has a cast of high-level bands, international and national with a sixties sound, all of them ranging from soul, r&b, beat, freak beat, pop, r&r, garage, boogaloo and the most authentic mod revival.
What stands out above this great cast and varied cocktail of artists is the soul of the North American Eli Paperboy Reed, an artist at the forefront of neo soul for more than 10 years. Another luxury will be having some legendary figures from the '77 revival on stage, the beloved Purple Heartssome references of international mod culture, already Tito Ramirez, the most controversial figure on the national R&B scene, his singles are already playing on dance floors throughout Europe, a true marvel, where not dancing is prohibited. Dutch people The Mocks They dropped out of last year's lineup at the last minute due to illness, so their beat and freakbeat sounds were mandatory in this edition. Garbayo (Zodiacs) are pure nitroglycerin on stage, high-voltage power-pop, executed with mastery. The parallel activities, along with live music, vinyl and EP's are the hallmarks of this magical event, scooter route, free pincho route, allnighters and alldayers, exhibitions… are the highlights along with the daytime and nighttime musical performances.
