Santiago Auseron He will offer ten concerts throughout Spain presenting his album of Greek songs adapted to Spanish.
Santiago Auserón returns to the stage with Nerantzi Tour 2026, a ten-date tour that will tour the Iberian Peninsula and jump to the Balearic Islands and the Canary Islands between October 23 and November 8.
The tour presents the repertoire of “Nerantzi”in which the artist adapts songs from the rich Greek musical legacy into Spanish, accompanied by the buzuquista Vaggelis Tzeretas and the singer and guitarist Theodoros Karellaswith the estimable collaboration of the Malaga native Anni B Sweet.
The project began with a first tour in the fall of 2025, receiving an excellent reception from critics and the public, and in the words of Auserón himself, it was born in this way: “In successive trips to Greece, through attentive listening to the diversity of its music, we have had the opportunity to deepen our knowledge of a rich legacy compatible with the evolution of Spanish song. Just as in the approach to Cuba or New Orleans made in previous decades, it is less about imitating native genres than other countries than to reveal rhythmic and melodic links that in our own popular music remained latent”.
