Rufus T. Firefly they honor Bizarre Love Triangle in “I have dreamed that I was playing in Triángulo de Amor Bizarro”, and they debut their collaboration in “Estrella Solitaria”.
The band has presented “I dreamed that I was playing in Triángulo de Amor Bizarro”, an unreleased song from their latest full-length album “All Good Things” (Lago Naranja Records, 25), which until now could only be heard in the physical edition of the album. In addition, this release coincides with the collaboration between both bands, in which Rufus T. Firefly covers “Estrella Solitaria”, one of the most popular songs of Bizarre Love Trianglewith Julia Martín-Maestro as lead vocals.
Bizarre Love Triangle is an indie rock band formed in 2005, but it was not until 2007 that they released their first full-length “Bizarre Love TriangleSince then, they have released eight more albums, and have been recognized with several awards, including the Noise Award for Best Album of the Year twice.
On the other hand, Victor Cabezuelo and Julia Martín-Maestro They front Rufus T. Firefly, an indie band that began their career in 2011, and have recently been awarded the AUPA recognition! 2025 in the category Record Project. Now, they are immersed in a tour presenting their latest work, which started in September and will end next year. April 11, 2026 with a special concert in The Riviera (Madrid).
