ROSÉ remembers an ex in the very Taylor ‘toxic until the end’

ROSÉ releases her first solo album today, encouraged by the hit she gave with Bruno Mars, ‘APT.’, which has been number 1 on Spotify Global, to date, a total of 48 days. The single being promoted on the release day of ‘Rosie’, which is the name of the Blackpink member’s album, is ‘toxic until the end’.

It is a song with a very Taylor Swift melody (circa ‘Blank Space’) and a very Halsey interpretation, which revolves around a “toxic until the end” relationship. The lyrics talk about manipulation. Rosé liked the expression ‘toxic until the end’ so much that she decided to change the name of the song, which was going to be ‘the ex’, because they wanted to publish a song specifically about exes, after having covered this same thing in other songs.

In the video, ROSÉ appears in scenes of domestic brawls that later end in bed, and that chess that is also part of the lyrics also appears. Well made, the video is destined to be a hit on YouTube, when YouTube no longer usually reaches the figures of yesteryear.
