El Economista exclusively confirms that Rosalía will attend La Revuelta next Monday, November 10 to promote her new album, ‘LUX’, which goes on sale this Friday, November 7, although it has been leaked on the internet for hours and being spread on social networks, according to El País, due to a computer attack. Track 2, ‘Reliquia’, was posted on Spotify yesterday afternoon and later removed.
The news of Rosalía’s visit to La Revuelta may be a small setback for El Hormiguero, a rival program that has featured Rosalía on up to three occasions, in 2018, 2022 and 2023. It was, for example, where Vila Tobella promoted her latest album, ‘MOTOMAMI’, also in a big way, starring in a funny sketch in which she dressed up as a reporter and interviewed people in the street.
This time, Rosalía has chosen David Broncano’s program, perhaps because she has never been there, not even when it was La Resistencia, or perhaps to distance herself from the Catholic-conservative ideology of El Hormiguero and collaborators like Tamara Falcó, given that ‘LUX’ is inspired by themes such as religion, mysticism or the cult of saints, albeit from a feminist and cosmopolitan vision.
