The Andalusian cultural company and promoter Rootsound will celebrate its twenty years of experience on April 25. For this, it will have guests from different parts of the world.
The company will meet next April 25 on the stage of the CajaGranada Theater to artists from America, Europe and Africa. Among them Natalia Doco (Argentina), Mr. ID (Morocco), Nickodemus (USA), Pahua (Mexico), Throes + The Shine (Angola-Portugal), Cosmic Wachoand the Granadans The 300, Vinila Von Bismark, Tony Moreno (Foreshortening) either Nestior (Vegetable Sound). The result will be a very special event that will turn Granada into a meeting point for lovers of world rhythms, dance and multiculturalism.
The anniversary will also incorporate a gastronomic dimension designed to accompany the festive spirit of the event. The Amonite Tavern will be installed in the elliptical patio of the CajaGranada Theater, where the public will be able to taste the flavor of Sonraíz, the cultural, feminist and rural project promoted by Rootsound that connects music, territory and tradition. Additionally, each attendee will receive a postcard with the illustration of the Sonraíz 2026 festival made by Rebeca Losada, which includes an exclusive discount code for attendees of this event. Inside the room, next to the theater bar, there will also be a tropical stop created by Maracuyeah!, Rootsound’s gastro-disco project, which will add a coastal touch and flavor to the evening. During the first half hour from the doors opening, 8:00 p.m., the public will be received with a welcome appetizer in the elliptical patio, beginning a celebration that combines music, cultural encounter and sensory experiences.
The event also has a solidarity character since one euro of each ticket sold will go to Acción por Maro y su Agricultura, the association that defends the nearly five hundred people who are at risk of being expelled from the coast of the town of Nerja.
