Robbie Williams gets rocker at the advancement of 'Britpop'

Robbie Williams delays the output of ‘Britpop’ 4 months

Robbie Williams had to get her new album ‘Britpop’ this October 10. However, those who commissioned him have just received the warning that the album will not leave until February 6. That is, the entire Black Friday and the Christmas campaign will lose, by delaying no less than 4 months.

The NME speculates that Robbie is trying to avoid the second week of the Taylor Swift album, which comes out on October 3.

Taylor’s previous album was number 1 in the United Kingdom for 11 weeks, but it must be emphasized that they were not consecutive, but divided by several months, depending on reissues or the weekly launch force. So it is not so clear that this is the reason for the delay, because Robbie is also a super -sales in UK: it is hard to believe that he did not want to get his album throughout the month of November because of Taylor Swift. The official reason are “calendar problems”, which could well refer to the manufacture of vinyl or the artist’s agenda.

At the moment 5 singles of ‘Britpop’ have been revealed, some extracted from the Deluxe edition, as is the case of ‘Desire’ with Laura Pausini, official theme of FIFA. Among the others, rock and epic predominates, with the exception of the orchestrated ballad ‘Pocket Rocket’.
