Riders Of The Canyon publish the video clip for their latest single “Fading Lights”. At the same time they announce new dates and that will open in Barcelona the concert of Cat Power.
Riders Of The Canyon, that is to say Joana Serrat, Matthew McDaid, Victor Partido and Roger Usort, they published an album in 2023 that was included in the lists of the best state albums of the year thanks to some perfectly crafted songs and with that genius that artists who sing from the heart have. Later they participated in the tribute to Low and, more recently, they published a new song titled “Fading Lights”, a song composed by Víctor Partido, with the participation in the lyrics of David Giménez, and which he has retold – as already happened on his album debut – with the participation of North Americans Joey McClellan (Midlake, Rufus Wainwright, John Grant) on electric guitar, Austin Davis to the bass and McKenzie Smith (St Vincent, Sharon Van Etten, First Aid Kit) on drums.
Now they present the corresponding video clip that has been filmed by the group itself, taking advantage of some of their performances during the presentation tour through the cities of Madrid, Huesca, Donosti, Pamplona, Logroño and Zaragoza. But apart from presenting the video clip, Riders Of The Canyon confirm that they will be opening the Cat Power concert in Barcelona, which will take place on July 9 within the Alma Festival lineup.
In addition, you can also see them in Torelló (June 27, Les Fresques Cycle) and in a location to be announced on October 4. You can get tickets at this same link.
