The British artist Richard Hawley will visit our country again. On this occasion he will offer four concerts in which he will review both his usual repertoire and his new album “In This City They Call You Love” (BMG, 24).
Iconic Sheffield figure Richard Hawley is one of those artists who knows how to work with his smooth voice and classic sound to create exciting records. He has demonstrated it during these two decades of career and the almost dozen albums that he has published alone. Thanks to this he has been able to work with great and historic names such as those of Tom Jones or Shirley Basseynot counting Pulp, the group in which he originally played.
His last musical steps have been the compilation “Now Then” from last year, the musical “Standing At The Sky’s Edge”which continues to be programmed in British theaters, and the recent “In This City They Call You Love”the main engine of this new tour.
The cities that the tour will pass through are Santander (September 20, Cantabria Infinita Stage; Son Estrella Galicia), Vigo (September 21, Teatro Salesianos; Underfest), Madrid (September 23, Sala But) and Barcelona (September 24, Sala Apolo).
Tickets are now available in pre-sale Live Nationwhile the general sale will begin tomorrow in www.livenation.es and www.ticketmaster.es.
