RFTW: Tyla, Avalanches, Orville Peck, Viva Belgrade…

Today, July 24, two highly anticipated albums are released, both with guitars: those by Charli xcx and The Strokes. Other notable long throws of the day were signed by Tyla, Alex Cameron, Shania Twain, Nick Hakim, WILLOW and Rico Nasty.

Several singles today inaugurate the new eras of artists such as Victoria Monét, Orville Peck, Teenage Fanclub, Chelsea Wolfe or Protomartyr. Others continue to advance their already announced albums, such as The Avalanches, Paris Paloma, Viva Belgrado like The Cure, ADÉLA or Sam Smith.

There is a single by U2 with Martin Garrix and, among the macro releases of the day, we must also mention those by Jennie, KATSEYE and Morgan Wallen. One of the notable duets of the day is signed by Shaboozey and Leon Bridges, along with Ouineta and Julieta.

In a medium level, not so mainstream, we highlight the premieres of 2hollis, Barry B, Daphni, Tami Tamako, 54 Ultra, Boy Harsher, Michael Medrano, Noname, the return of Claire Rosinkranz or that MNEK who ventures alone, once again.

John Glacier evoking a ‘Bond girl’ is another of today’s notable releases, along with new songs by Lambchop, aespa, Marilia Monzón, FLO, Alba Farelo, bbno$ and many more, in another day marked by the disparity of styles.
