RFTW: From Tame Impala with JENNIE, to Lana Del Rey’s brother

Today, February 6, not only is Aitana celebrating a special anniversary, but new albums by Joji, Nick Jonas, Daphni, María Escarmiento, Beverly Glenn-Copeland, J. Cole and Mary, Indiana are also released. Among the potential discoveries of 2026, the concept album by the Spanish Magarí Sare.

The national harvest also leaves interesting novelties in long format by Erika Urano, Bernal and Paula Matthews. On the international stage, keep an eye on Sasha Keable or Ulrika Spacek. In addition, Rodrigo Cuevas releases an EP with collaborations from Ana Belén and Massiel.

The biggest releases of the day are named after Zayn and sombr, while Tame Impala reissues ‘Dracula’ featuring JENNIE. Charlie Puth, for his part, releases a ballad with Kenny G; Calvin Harris surprises by collaborating with Kasabian, and be careful because ‘5 Estrellas’ could be W Sound’s next big hit – after ‘La Plena’ – now with Myke Towers.

To these mainstream releases we must add those that come from a more alternative aesthetic, by Mitski, Peter Gabriel or Arlo Parks. We especially recommend the proposals from Blusher, Art School Girlfirend or Leo Rizzi. Alexis Taylor -from Hot Chip-, Iron & Wine or Cg also release a single: the latter is none other than Lana Del Rey’s brother.

The Hispanic world offers succulent news from Antía Muiño, Sílvia Pérez Cruz or Shinova. From the underground, the proposals of Construimos Escaleras, Tú Indicaemelo, NEURA, Candela Gómez, Euskoprincess or the unmissable collaboration of Rebe and AMORE stand out. Why hadn’t they gotten together before?
