Music news

RFTW: Caribou, The Smile, Varry Brava, Cariño, GY!BE, León Benavente…

Today, October 4, they release new album Coldplay, The Smile, León Benavente, Godspeed You! Black Emperor, Caribou, Ciutat, Biznaga, Geordie Greep, former member of black midi, in the photo; Varry Brava, Leon Bridges, Paula Koops, A Place to Bury Strangers, ORTIGA, Kokoshca or FINNEAS. Also released are Maya Hawke’s new EP and the soundtrack to ‘Joker: Folie à deux’ by Joaquin Phoenix and Lady Gaga, as the film hits theaters today.

Amaia’s single is also a movie, inspired by Marisol, and equally surprising is the union of Martin, Juanjo and Hidrogenesse in ‘El Flash’.

They are two of today’s featured singles. In the national section we must also comment on the new releases of Cariño, Angeladorrrm, Rebe with Otro, Vicente Calderón with Niña Polaca, Fin del mundo with Eterna Innocence, Pablopablo with Helado Negro or Travis Birds adapting ‘Stand By Me’ into Spanish.

Looking beyond our borders, they announce a new album Circa Waves, Ela Minus or The Weather Station, and also release a single Waxahatchee, Confidence Man, Allie X, Loyal Lobos, Rachel Chinouriri with Cat Burns, Mount Eerie, Victoria Monét, Maren or Nate Smith with Avril Lavigne.

Among the curiosities, Beverly Glenn-Copeland and Sam Smith team up on a version of ‘Ever New’. And, among the artists to discover, we recommend the Swedish estraden and also Medium Build, Chloe Slater, HNE or Mocho gris.
