Raphael suffers from brain lymphoma

Raphael suffers from brain lymphoma. 9 days after the artist suffered a stroke while filming a Christmas special of ‘La Revuelta’, the 12 de Octubre Hospital has issued a medical report that has been provided to the press by its representative office and reported by media outlets such as El Country.

According to this medical report, it is “a primary brain lymphoma with two brain nodules in the left hemisphere that explain the neurological symptoms that he presented a few days ago.”

The statement specifies that Raphael is receiving specific treatment for this lymphoma and that he will be discharged in the coming days. It will continue to be treated “on an outpatient basis.” The concerts planned in America at the beginning of 2025 have been suspended, as well as his two shows at the WiZink Center in Madrid last weekend.

Raphael “will undergo specialized outpatient treatment to address a recently diagnosed neurological pathology.” For this reason, “a long period of rest and rest” has been recommended. The press release on his website ends by saying that “with the hope of a speedy recovery, Raphael hopes to be able to resume his agenda and meet his audience again soon.”

Although the American dates of the ‘Victoria’ tour have been cancelled, the one in Elche in April remains on, nor has the cancellation of the next ‘Raphaelísimo’ tour, which begins in May, been announced. A multitude of dates appear on their website, culminating in the Palau Sant Jordi in Barcelona in December 2025.
