Well, new bad news related to the health of Josh Homme. Queens Of The Stone Age cancel all their remaining dates this year so that their leader can recover from his recent operation.
Last July, Queens Of The Stone Age cancelled several European dates because Josh Homme had to fly immediately to the United States to undergo an emergency operation. Well, his recovery will take longer than expected, so the concerts pending for the next few months in his country will also be cancelled or postponed.
In fact, concerts in Bridgeport, Memphis and Mexico City have been cancelled, while performances in Boston, Cincinnati, Chicago and Madison will be postponed until 2025.
In their post on social media, the band said that “Josh has had no choice but to prioritize his health and receive essential medical care for the remainder of the year.”
The truth is that any issue related to Josh Homme’s health is worrying, considering that in 2022 he was diagnosed with cancer and had to undergo surgery to remove a tumor.
Queens Of The Stone Age were touring presenting their album “In Times New Roman…”which has brought them to several Spanish cities. It was also recently announced that they would perform at the Catacombs of Paris, but no details were given as to when this concert was planned to take place.
