“The Devil’s Bath” will come to our screens this same Friday, November 15 after a successful time at festivals that has earned him various awards in the Sitges Festival (Best Film Official Fantastic Section; José Luis Guarner Critics Award and Carnet Jove Jury Award for Best Film) and at the Berlin International Film Festival (Berlinale Best Photography Award), in addition to having been selected by Austria for the Oscars in the category of Best Foreign Language Film.
Directed by Severin Fiala and Veronika Franz (“Goodnight Mommy”, “The Lodge”, “Servant”), the film also stars the singer, musician and actress Anja Plaschgknown by the stage name of Soap&Skin.
“The Devil’s Bath” It is a raw and suffocating film that moves between psychological horror, folk horror, with a highly emotionally charged feminist spirit and at the same time becoming a historical study of real houses that occurred centuries ago in Austria.
