“Para Toda la Eternidad” is the first single from the new work of the band based in Madrid Marseilles. The theme tells us about the loss of loved ones.
Marsella’s new album will be a difficult one on an emotional level. It will be a nine-song album that will revolve around the “loss of a loved one to cancer.” In this case, it is about the battle against cancer of Germán’s brother, the band’s vocalist. A battle that, unfortunately, he lost against the disease.
And that is reflected in the lyrics, which, despite the complicated subject matter, maintains a halo of hope and light. Specifically, the song “Para Todo la Eternidad” tells us about Germán’s moments of happiness with his brother. Hence the name of the album is “To all those who left”as a heartfelt tribute.
This second Marseille album has been produced between David Van Bylen and Germán G.Dobarco and co-produced by Carlos Hernandez, Juan Sueiro and Fermin Bouza. While the single has been mixed by Juan Sueiro.
The video clip for the single has been recorded in Radical Sonoraand we see how “its two protagonists represent that balance that has been broken with the arrival of the disease.”
