Premiere: Derbi Junior version “Ver Avellaner” by Mar Pujol

The indie rock duo Junior derby The “Ver Avellaner” video clip, its version of the Catalan singer, premiered today with us Pujol Sea.

Joan Marc (singer and guitarist) and Roger Orriols (drums and voices) or, what is the same, Junior derbythey return to the present with “Ver Avellaner”, a single that is in turn advance that his first album will be, “The VI that feeds”, to publish on April 25, and a version of his beloved Pujol Sea. This is the only song on the album that has been recorded by Santi García in Ultramarine Costa Brava.

“Ver Avellaner” thus adds to the previous singles “The VI that feeds” and “Foravila”, songs with which those of the Torre d’Oristà (Barcelona) already made clear the guidelines of their proposal: a combination between punk rock, indie rock, custom and the fair dose of irony.

As for this specific song, the duo comments that: “We imagined it very powerful, and when we first played it in the essay, we knew that it had to be part of our album.”

And with regard to the video clip that we release today, it has been created from images captured between August 2023 and December 2024.
