According to the information published by The Daily Journalthe altercation began when Mountain He faced his neighbor for the fall of branches and leaves of a tree in his garden. The discussion was increasingly heated to such an extent that, allegedly, the guitarist threatened his neighbor with a gun. And that was the beginning of the tragic events.
When the police arrived at the scene, the agents saw that Mountain – sixty years old – I was already shooting at the neighbor’s house (slightly wounded). Police, seeing the situation, was forced to ask for reinforcements, and shortly after, the guitarist pointed to the agents hidden after vehicles. Cross shots ended the life of Mountain.
