The Alava town of Amurrio will be the enclave where the 20 musical performances, among other cultural activities, of the Aiara Fest.
Aiara Fest It will premiere on May 30 and 31 in Aiara (Amurrio), in the heart of Euskadi, surrounded by green landscapes and nature. A cultural proposal that will combine music and nature in a privileged environment, with the aim of becoming a reference for music lovers. To do this, it will have the participation of bands such as Gatibu, Gorka Urbizu, Zea Mays, Zetak, Sexy Zebras, Travis Birds, Eskorzo, O’Funk’illo, Pi.lt, Gilipollaz, Troopa do Carallo, Balkan Paradise Orchestra and Jerez’s canijoamong others. The last groups that have joined the poster and that have been in charge of closing it have been NDLR (Ninhodelosreclaos), the pseudonym under which the figure of Rubén Sierra, singer and guitarist of the La Pewatina group is hidden, in his facet as DJ; and Baiucathat is, the project of the Galician musician Alejandro Guillán Castaño that combines electronic music with the Galician folk;
The enclosure of The Reformor will host the musical performances and various cultural activities that will be developed in a relaxed and without agglomerations, value the nature that surrounds the space. The environment, gastronomy and culture of the area will contribute to the attendees living a unique experience, always keeping in mind the implementation of sustainable measures to minimize the environmental impact.
Even in an idyllic enclave, Amurrio is part of Aiaraldea, a region known for its natural beauty and its green environment, framed by mountains, rivers and forests. Therefore, Aiara Fest It will be held at a strategic point thanks to its connection with important cities in Euskadi. It is 35 km from Vitoria-Gasteiz and 30 km from Bilbao, which facilitates access to this large metropolitan area and its resources. In addition, it is 110 km from Donostia, just over an hour of car path. In short, it has a good public transport infrastructure, including railway lines, buses and roads that link it with the rest of the region.
