The band, which is currently on tour, has announced the release of a new album next October.
Pixies are currently in our country. Yesterday they performed at Barcelona’s Razzmatazz, on July 26th they will perform at the Low Festival (Benidorm) and on the 28th in Madrid (Noches del Botánico). In addition, the band has announced the publication of their new album entitled “The Night the Zombies Came” will take place on October 25th through BMG.
Pixies’ new album has been recorded with producer Tom Dalgety, with whom they have already worked on “Head Carrier”, “Beneath the Eyrie” and “Doggerel”. In addition, this album marks the debut of new bassist Emma Richardson, who joined the group after the departure of Paz Lenchantin.
The album, from which singles such as “You’re so Impatient” have already been released, will also include a new song called “Chicken” which you can listen to below.
