The new ones Pioneer DJ VM They are the new reference of the Japanese brand. And they deliver the sound they promise: flat, but reminiscent of a club.
The Pioneer DJ VM They are the logical evolution of the S-DJX. They have a new DSP with 16 settings so that your music, whether played or in the process of creation, sounds like it is in a club without losing the flat response that you require in the studio, which, helped by the Vortex Bass Accelerator, will give you a forceful that you haven’t heard before.
Clear, low distortion audio with impressive bass: Recreate club-style sound
- High quality components
Each Pioneer DJ VM speaker model includes a Class D amplifier with sampling DSP 96 kHz to enable wide bandwidth audio playback. Its highly efficient performance results in low distortion and brings greater energy to the sound. The 4mm thick rigid aluminum front baffle also suppresses resonance and reduces vibrations, helping the speaker deliver the authentic sound of the original source.
- Aramid fiber woofer cones and Vortex Bass Accelerator.
From minimum to maximum volume, the aramid fiber woofer cones deliver exceptional impact that you’ll feel in the low and lower-mid frequencies. These newly developed cones are 30% lighter than conventional paper-lined aramid cones, making them stronger and helping them transmit deep sounds. He Vortex Bass Accelerator It also ensures that low-end audio is tight and free of unwanted vibrations, as the grilles on the Bass reflex port allow air to flow freely from the speaker to deliver pure sound, whether you’re listening to vocal or instrumental music.
- Constant Directivity Horn
Mid- and high-frequency sounds come through loudly on the VM Series speakers thanks to the constant directivity horn, which also creates a wide, uniform listening space. The shape of the speaker and the edge of the woofer are specially designed so that the flat playback frequency easily crosses the tweeter, resulting in a natural sound.
DSP Control: Easily adjust your Pioneer DJ VM to suit your room
VM series speakers have a flat response to ensure the natural sound of music. But each room reacts differently to audio waves. To help you fine-tune the output and find the perfect sound for the room you’re working in, each VM speaker includes DSP settings.
Look on the back of the speakers and you will find 2 rotary knobs: Low EQ and High EQ. Without needing to look at the back panel, you can rotate the knobs to 4 different positions each, giving you 16 easy-to-activate EQ setting possibilities. Choose the one that sounds best for DJing or producing music at home or in the studio, depending on the shape, size and construction of the room. For example, if your speakers are placed close to the wall or if you work at night, you may want to minimize bass vibrations by changing the Low EQ mode to Room 1. Or if you think you don’t have enough treble, you can boost the frequencies higher by changing the High EQ mode to Room 2 mode.
Fresh, professional design: Improve the look and sound of your setup
The new hexagonal aluminum front baffle design provides a fresh look, as well as improved sound quality and durability. It reduces unwanted vibrations for less distortion, while tweeter protection reduces the risk of damaging the high-frequency diaphragm if you accidentally tap that area. And its brushed texture treated with Alumite Gives the speakers a professional finish to match perfectly with Pioneer DJ equipment.
