On September 14, Ourense will host the third edition of OUR FESTa festival that marks the end of summer with a display of the best international and national alternative pop-rock bands. The event will be held at the Expourense venue, and aims to bring together different varieties of alternative rock in a single day.
The second edition of OUR FEST, held last year, was a resounding success, attracting more than 4,000 people to Ourense to enjoy a vibrant atmosphere and unforgettable performances such as those of Suede, Shame either Kula ShakerYou can read the full Mondo Sonoro review here.
In its third edition, OUR FEST is committed to continuing this tradition in collaboration with Xunta de Galicia, through the Galician Tourism Agency and Xacobeo, Provincial Council of Ourense, Concello de Ourense and Estrella Galicia, to take attendees on a musical journey that fuses renowned artists in a single day at Expourense.
Among the first confirmed are the British singer-songwriter Jake Buggthe legendary Scottish band from the nineties Teenage Fanclubthe devastators Yard Act and its post-punk, or the also British one Miles Kane presenting his latest work “One Man Band”. In addition, at Ourfest 2024, classic and traditional rock will be played The enemiesas well as the music of the Galician-Madrid band Jet Black Horse.
