Oklou will present his new album in Barcelona

Oklou, the French singer and producer who has proposed a different way of understanding hyperpop, stripping it of aggressiveness to give it pure tenderness and melody, in a series of songs that seem like lullabies from the future, has announced that her new album, ‘choke enough ‘, will go on sale on February 7.

What is considered the official debut of Marylou Mayniel after becoming known in 2020 with the outstanding mixtape ‘Galore’, and after collaborating with Dua Lipa on a remix of ‘Fever’, will include the singles ‘family and friends’, ‘obvious’ , ‘harvest sky’ and ‘choke enough’, and collaborations with underscores on ‘harvest sky’ and with Bladee on ‘take me by the hand’.

Oklou will present ‘choke enough’ in Barcelona with Primavera Sound, Caprichos de Apolo and MUTEK. The date is March 11 at Sala Apolo. Tickets go on sale at Fever starting today, November 25 at 10 a.m. at a price of 25 euros + expenses.
