Oasis have offered tonight the first concert of their meeting tour in the mainity Stadium of Cardiff. This first pass from Oasis Live 2025 has been the first time that the brothers Liam and Noel Gallagher act together in almost 16 years.
The Setlist, which has opened with ‘Hello’ and closed with ‘Champagne Supernova’, has focused mainly on the material of the first two oasis albums, ‘Definitely Maybe’ (1994) and ‘(What’s the Story) Morning Glory?’ (1996), which have contributed 14 of the 23 tracks. Of course, loose issues such as ‘whatver’ or ‘The Masterplan’ have been rescued. The last two albums, ‘Don’t Believe The Truth’ (2005) and ‘Dig Out Your Soul’ (2008), have been completely ignored.
Among the anecdotes, Liam has joked about the high ticket price, expressing that “I hope the 4,000 pounds that you have paid have been worth.” In addition, the show has included a tribute to the footballer Diogo Jota, who died this week at age 28.
