Noites do Porto closes the bill with The Horrors at the helm

The Horrors, Coti, Vera Fauna or Apolo18 are some of the latest additions to a festival that will be held in A Coruña del June 22 to July 5.

The sixth edition of Porto Nights closes the poster for an event that this year advances its usual dates to be held between June 22 and July 5. Among the latest additions, the British stand out The Horrorswho will perform for the first time in A Coruña, specifically on June 27 at Inn Club and where they will present their new album, “Night Life”in addition to reviewing his entire discography.

The festival has also confirmed the second of the capsule nights Porto Nights at the Battery Dock, which will have Coti and Monsieur Periné on July 1. The concert had already been announced Barry B. on June 26 in the same space, an appointment that is now added Vera Fauna. The Battery Pier will also host one of the most special nights of this edition with the concert of Xoel Lopez and Caamaño&Ameixeiras on June 23, coinciding with the night of San Juan that is so celebrated in Coruña.

The programming also incorporates new names from the Galician scene. Palo Gypsy will act alongside Tania on June 25 at Garufa Club, Apollo18 they will open the night to ELLiS·D at Mardi Gras on June 28 and Sudden Ray Of Hope they will do the same with swimmer on July 3 at Garufa Club. The performance of Myele Manzanza within the Closing Night of the festival on July 5, an event that will also pay tribute to the 45th anniversary of Jazz Filloa. All these performances are part of the Noites de Flamenco e Jazz and Noites nas Salas capsules. The poster for this sixth edition is completed with other very important concerts such as those of the North American Curtis Harding, Lela Soto either María José Llergo.

Porto Nights will have one more year with parallel activities, such as the Noites nos Bares capsules that will take place in different venues in A Coruña with the presence of selectors such as Lotta DJ, Javier AD either DJ Polaras well as Noites coa Arte, where the posters for each day are reinterpreted by local artists such as Alejandro Mosquera, Elena Corredoira either Lara Pintos. All posters will be part of an exhibition. The creation of a commemorative book of the history of Porto Nights.

All tickets are on sale at www.noitesdoporto.com, except for tickets for The Horrors and the combo COTI + Monsieur Perinéwhich will go on sale next Monday, June 1.
