‘Nirvana’ is one of Alba Morena’s best productions

Alba Morena changes air in her new single. In a probable nod to the band of the same name, the new sound presented by Saloouense is centered around dense electric guitars, leaving the keyboard aside. It is even cover of the playlist news rock in Spotify. ‘Nirvana’ is the song of the day.

The production, in which Simón Petrikov and Pablo Horn have collaborated, is refreshing from the first minute, being something that we had not heard from Morena until now. The melody, one of the most catchy he has shared, is completely broken in the chorus to give way to an amalgam glitch that remembers the latest of Alizz. The strings on the bridge, not missing.

The lyrics are centered on heartbreak and oblivion, so it is more on the line of the rest of its material. It could be the Emo of ‘Nobody’ sister. The first is in the mouth: “I want to cry,” Morena sings. The video clip inspired by snuff movies perfectly accompanies phrases like “I have five friends and the five live in my head” or “I am like a ghost that does not scare since you are not.”https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=deurp7gmchi
