Nicki Minaj, openly transphobic: “If you are born a man, be a man”

After months spreading her conservative thoughts left and right, Nicki Minaj has become the latest guest at the Turning Point USA conference, held yesterday in Arizona. The rapper joined Erika Kirk, wife of the murdered Charlie Kirk and co-founder of the organization, to praise Donald Trump, laugh at the left and openly show herself as transphobic.

This is not the first time that Nicki Minaj takes Trump’s side, since a few weeks ago she also paid him a series of compliments. At the event organized by the wife of the late Charlie Kirk, the rapper expressed her “respect and admiration” for the “handsome” American president.

At a time when ICE is carrying out mass deportations of the immigrant population of the United States, Minaj declares that “the administration is full of people with heart and soul, and they make me proud.” This, having been born in Trinidad and Tobago.

Likewise, the conservative Erika Kirk, champion of all the ideas that her husband used to defend, showed her support for Nicki and asked her about the criticism she had received from the music industry: “I haven’t noticed,” she responded. “I don’t think about them… We are the cool kids,” he concluded, referring to the entire American right.

It wasn’t all wonderful for Minaj, who experienced a moment that she won’t want to repeat after calling Vice President JD Vance “assassin”, as a compliment, in front of Charlie Kirk’s wife. Immediately, and after the thunderous silence of the room, the rapper realized what she had said and put her hands over her mouth. “It’s okay, I’ve heard all kinds of things,” Erika Kirk responded.

During the rest of the talk, Minaj also decided to defend white people, using the example of the black woman: “Why would we want to do that to other women?” «I don’t need someone blonde and blue-eyed to minimize their beauty, because I know mine. “It doesn’t bother me when a woman says she is beautiful,” he said.

Nicki Minaj’s worst side appeared towards the end of the conversation, with the artist being openly transphobic: “If you are born a man, be a man. There is nothing wrong with it,” declared the rapper. She continued: “How powerful is that? How deep? Boys will be boys, and nothing happens,” he concluded. Already at the beginning of the month, Minaj gave her opinion on the governor of California, Gavin Newsom, in X: “Imagine being the guy who wants to see children become trans.”
