Nick Lizard Generation, Documentaries and New Territories in Madrid

A universe around Nick lizarda band that is already a universe itself. Your music, influence and connections will meet in Madrid from Tuesday, March 25 to March 29.

SGAE Foundation Organized this week in Madrid – concluded in the Berlanga room–A broad cycle in two parts that revolve around the Granada band Nick lizardits influence and its connections. On the one hand we will have “Documentaries and music: Lizard Generation”March 25, 26 and 27– In which documentaries can be seen as “Quebrada Alma” (Gonzalo García Pelayo, 2022), “Splendor and fall: The Garlic Phantoms” (Juan Pérez Fajardo, 2o21), “The importance of being called Ernesto and the asshole of calling Eric” (César Pérez Herrada, 2023), “Naturala Morta, the història of Sexy Sadie” (Toti García & Lluis Prieto, 2023) and “Lizard Generation” (César Pérez Herrada, 2024). On Thursday 28 there will be an acoustic performance of Antonio Arias and Juan Codorniuboth members of Lagartija Nick.

On the other hand, we have New territoriesMarch 28 and 29-, which will include various concerts of artists influenced by the Grenadians or close to them. On Friday 28 they will perform Black Lima and Damn Cantes (Pedro de Dios of Guadalupe Plata Next to the singer Antonio Fernández)while the 29 will José Puebla and Mawlid.
