Nick Cave has announced a new European tour in solo, that is without The Bad Seeds. It is good news, although the bad part is that there will be no Spanish dates.
After the memorable concerts that Nick Cave offered a few months ago in Barcelona and Madrid with The Bad Seeds, we expected Spain to also be part of the tour that the artist has just announced and that will take him alone – accompanied by Colin Greenwood (Radiohead, The Bad Seeds), yes – for a total of thirteen European cities.
Unfortunately, there are no Spanish dates within the tour, which will be held this June and August this year. The dates, in case you want to move are the following:
Zurich (June 10 and 11, Theater 11; Switzerland), Hamburg (June 21, Elbphilharmie; Germany), Lucca (July 17, Lucca Summer Festival; Italy), Pompeya (July 19, Amphitheatre Pompei; Italy), Rome (21 and July 22, Cavea Auditorium Parco della Music; Sigulda (August 12, Sigulda Castle; Latvia) and Plovdiv (August 19, Ancient Theater; Bulgaria).
Tickets will go on sale this Friday, January 31 on the official Nick Cave website.
