Negufest presents almost fifteen concerts in different venues in Bizkaia between the end of December and mid-February.
This December a new series of concerts begins in Bizkaia that is here to stay: Negufest. Its objective: for the public to take off the blanket, get up from the couch and go enjoy powerful and varied live performances in our best concert halls… culture does not know seasons.
This first edition has more than a dozen concerts divided into halls and theaters in Bilbao, Getxo and Ermua during the months of December, January and February. In the case of the capital of Biscay, where most of the concerts will be held, the music will be played at Kafe Antzokia and Santana 27. In this last room the first concert of the cycle will take place on the 28th of this month by the hand of Tarque & The Riff Association. In Getxo, Muxikebarri will be the venue that will host the performances, and in the border town of Ermua, its theater. In the 14 concerts confirmed to date, groups such as Maika Makovski, Delaporte, Las Ninyas del Corro, La Perra Blanco, Xoel López, Los Zigarros, Fetén Fetén, Muchachito Bombo Inferno, Tiburona…and there will be no shortage of Basque bands like The Cherry Boppers, Eraso!, Rodeo, Micky and the Buzz either Jon Maia.
NeguFest was not just born as another series of concerts, it was born as a cultural alternative, bringing a very diverse musical program to viewers. More information and tickets available on the Negufest website. The programming is as follows:
