Naiara and Natos neither risk nor can they “stop dancing” in ‘Veneno’

Naiara continues her career outside of the OT Academy with another collaboration. In this way, the artist from Zaragoza joins forces with Natos on ‘Veneno’, a song that respects the style of both artists but, as was the case with ‘You Have to Know’, does not offer anything new.

Produced by Pablo Gareta, ‘Veneno’ arises from a “sketch” by Natos and Waor that Naiara has rounded off into a song. This is how the rapper explains it in an Instagram comment. Information that fits perfectly with what we hear, between urban and electropop, and similar to songs like ‘Sweats cold’.

‘You Have to Know’, with Abraham Mateo, is Naiara’s biggest hit outside of OT and ‘Veneno’ follows in the same footsteps as this one. He wants very badly to be a hit. It could be, because it is a catchy, light, harmless song that can be played in any club in the country with hardly any surprises. Be careful, because indifference is very dangerous. Even the title is reminiscent of other songs.

The lyrics, mostly dull, talk about not being able to “stop dancing”, “those little cat eyes” and a “little butt that kills”. Both Naiara and Natos have different parts, until they come together in the chorus, and each one acts on their own. Natos with phrases like “you are so pretty and I am such a bastard”, and Naiara with somewhat more elaborate lines: “If I am your drug, may God save me / When we get together there is no one to stop us.”
