Paskual Kanterobetter known as I bitewas born in Murcia, but Madrid was the city that welcomed him and saw him grow up. Now he pays tribute to it in his new single, “Ay Madrid”, the second preview of what will be his next album.
Muerdo has been growing steadily from small venues to become one of those names capable of performing in both Spanish and Latin American venues and festivals. Around him he has a solid multicultural band that has helped his live performance grow even more. His natural state is on stage, so we will soon be able to see him on stage again. First he will travel through various Latin American countries and then return to Spain to visit the main cities.
But no matter how far he goes, Muerdo will always be grateful to the city of Madrid for welcoming him and helping him become the artist he is. The result is “Ay Madrid”, a piece that combines chotis, reminiscences of tanguillo and flamenco bulerías.
As we said a few lines above, starting in October Muerdo and his band will be performing in Mexico, Colombia, Ecuador, Bolivia, Chile, Peru, Uruguay and Argentina, to begin their Spanish tour in January of next year. At the moment it has been confirmed that he will be in Murcia (January 11), Seville (January 25), Madrid (January 31), Ermua (February 7), Valencia (February 14), Zaragoza (February 15) and Barcelona (February 21).
