Miqui Puig announces the book “I didn’t want to be Miqui Puig”

Miqui Puig will celebrate four decades of career with the publication of an autobiographical book and two exclusive concerts in Barcelona and Madrid. They will review the greatest “hits” of their long career.

This 2025 will be a year of premieres for the multifaceted Catalan artist Miqui Puigwho will publish his memoir entitled “I didn’t want to be Miqui Puig” This same March. In this autobiographical work, based on his personal newspapers, the artist offers an intimate look of his life and his career as a musician, producer, radio and clicks, his passage from the pop scene to the media, and so on.

Parallel to literary launch, Puig has announced concerts under the name “Miqui Puig Songs”. The show will last more than an hour, and will present a dance session format where Miqui will review its best songs, with arrangements specially prepared in the Lavlab laboratory, in collaboration with Raúl Juan. This special show will make two stops in Barcelona (October 17, Apollo Sala) and Madrid (November 7, Changó Sala).
