The legendary band led by the charismatic Al Jourgensen will end more than four decades of history with concerts in Madrid and Barcelona together with the Germans Die Kruppsother references of industrial rock – in this case from Germany – as special guests. The two Spanish concerts will take place on April 14, 2027 in La Riviera (Madrid) and April 15, 2027 in Paral·lel 62 (Barcelona).
It will be one last opportunity to enjoy the live performance of one of the groups – which will feature Al Jourgensen and the recovered Paul Barker at the helm – pioneers of metal and industrial rock, with a more synth pop beginning and a development that made them not only an indispensable name on the scene, but also one of the most influential groups of the genre thanks to albums like “The Land of Rape and Honey” (88), “The Mind Is a Terrible Thing to Taste” (89) and “Psalm 69: The Way to Succeed and the Way to Suck Eggs” (92), albums all of them that redefined a style that would mark the evolution of guitars for many years.
As special guests will be Die Krupps, another of the essential groups of the European industrialist since the early eighties, also pioneers in combining guitars and hard electronics, navigating in their beginnings between EBM and new metallic sounds.
