MIN 2025 Awards open call

The MIN Awards open the call for 2025. Starting today and until next February 7, independent artists and labels that have published albums, EPs or songs during 2024 can submit their candidatures for the awards that recognize the creativity and talent of the independent music in Spain. The next MIN Awards gala will be held in April, in a city and date yet to be revealed.

Organized by UFi (the Independent Phonographic Union), the MIN Awards have established themselves as the most prestigious award for independent music in Spain.

This year, the MIN Awards incorporate a new voting system led by a professional, specialized and diverse jury in terms of gender, autonomous communities and musical genres, which will select the nominees in the majority of categories.

There will be two voting phases, a general one, in which a large professional jury will choose the semifinalists; and a specific one in which a smaller jury specialized in each category will make the final selection of nominees and winners.

The public will also have a voice in the MIN Awards and will be able to vote in the Audience Award, in which they will choose their favorite artists among those presented in the categories of Best Artist and Best Emerging Artist.
