Migos’ Offset, “stable” after being shot and hospitalized

Offset, former member of the group Migos, has been shot in a casino in Florida. As Pitchfork has been able to verify, the artist is currently “receiving medical attention in the hospital.” “He is stable and being monitored very closely,” a representative informed the American media.

The incident in which Offset was shot in the leg would have been resolved “immediately” by the police, who arrested two people. The investigation, however, is currently being carried out, so little is known about the case.

In 2022, another Migos member, Takeoff, was shot in Houston. He did not suffer the same fate as Offset, dying instantly and leading to the dissolution of the group the following year. “I’ve been going to sleep expecting to wake up and this is all a dream, but it’s real, and reality feels like a nightmare,” Offset stated at the time.
