Meteosat Meeting for the XXV Anniversary of Ochoymedio

Ochoymedio’s 25th Anniversary concert series, which has left us gems such as the show with Mala Rodríguez’s orchestra, will continue in the coming days with shows by Cycle, Samantha Hudson, Galerna, Arc de Soleil, Triángulo de Amor Bizarro or L Kan con Tronco. Also performing are La Casa Azul, La Milagrosa and many others that have already sold out.

The big news of the day is the incorporation of Meteosat. Yes, that indie legend who was a bridge between underground pop and radio formula, especially thanks to the exposure of ‘Vilma’. Although here we were always more of ‘My boyfriend is bakala’ and ‘Metal SA’

Meteosat, which has never returned since then, will join the Tardeo on December 6, which is held at the Teatro Eslava starting at 6:00 p.m. JENESAISPOP has asked the organization which members of the originals will be present, since the fate of Nacho Escolar (today in El Diario), Diana Aller, Borja Prieto and company could not be more unequal. There are even people in the Instagram comments who have taken it as a fool’s errand. Be careful because the promotional photo is a clue.

Diana Aller left us this headline a few years ago in an in-depth interview divided into 2 parts (1 and 2): “Meteosat was a marketing experiment and a childhood promise.” In the interview he revealed that he was “out of tune even when speaking” and recounted how they themselves called Radio 3, putting themselves out there to generate controversy.

This is the brief statement: «METEOSAT IS BACK!! 🛰️💥 On December 6, the amazing Meteosat will get together after many years to play at #OchoymedioFlashback! Hits like Vilma, My boyfriend is Bakala, Metal SA or Fiesta en mi Jardín will be played on stage again and you have to see that! Grow bangs. Get your badges back and don’t miss this party 🫵🏼💖 Tickets are now on sale.
