May, Suede, Big Thief … on Spain albums; Saint Etienne and Byrne, no

Bad Bunny recovers number 1 in Spain with ‘I had to throw more photos’, and Sabrina Carpenter falls from the top to 4th place with ‘Man’s Best Friend’. The artist does hold the top 1 in the United Kingdom, containing Suede in number 2 on the islands.

In our country, Suede star in the second strongest entry of the week, direct to the 23rd place with ‘Antidepressants’ (Top 3 in vinyl). In the general list, the position that his previous album, ‘AutoFiction’, which reached number 20.

The strongest entrance is really that of May, which is number 20 with ‘May Season’. When the first EP -shaped part was published, it became Top 2 in Spain, although it is true that it only lasted 2 weeks in Top 100.

Big Thief sneak in the 83rd place with their excellent album, ‘Double Infinity’. It is Top 17 in vinyl. The new album of the band has been number 21 in the United Kingdom and number 121 in the competitive Billboard 200, so the maximums of the previous ‘Dragon New Warm Mountain I Believe in You’ have not matched. Big Thief’s masterpiece was Top 15 in UK, Top 31 in the USA and Top 52 in Spain.

Tickets are completed with Slipknot, which enter 60s with a reissue of their debut ‘slipknot’; ‘Domination’ of Primal Fear (93), ‘Pilgrim’ by Carlos Ares (95) and ‘a Wonderful Life’ by Tom Odell (100).

Among the artists who have not reached the top 100, ‘Who is the sky?’ by David Byrne (Top 43 in vinyl); E ‘International’ by Saint Etienne (Top 46 in vinyl). The latter can at least celebrate having arrived at Top 10 in the United Kingdom for the first time in 31 years with this last long album. ‘International’ is Top 8 in UK, while David Byrne’s album has to settle for 34th position on the islands.
