Mastodon and Lamb Of God release joint track “Floods Of Triton”

Metal bands Mastodon and Lamb Of God have been touring together on an anniversary tour of two of their most emblematic albums. The fruit of the good connection between both bands comes “Floods Of Triton”.

“Floods Of Triton” is now available to listen to on platforms and is a collaborative single between Mastodon and Lamb Of God, which emerged thanks to the excellent harmony between both bands on their joint tour to celebrate twenty years of. “Leviathan” (Mastodon) and “Ashes Of The Wake” (Lamb Of God). The song takes us back to the early days of both projects, hard and heavy metal, rawer than what they currently produce and equally effective.

The song was recorded at Mastodon’s West End Sound in Atlanta and was produced by Mastodon and Tyler Bateswho has worked alongside Marilyn Manson, In addition to being a composer of film soundtracks for, among others, Rob Zombie, Ti West or Zach Snyder.
