The Spanish singer and the American actress met at the United States Embassy in Madrid, where they shared a time full of music and partying.
The purpose of the meeting was to celebrate the union and friendship between Spain and the United States. This is what the Embassy’s official X account has shared: «Music and art unite us. “We celebrate the great friendship between Spain and the US with great artists who have shared a magical night with us.”
During the event, Marta Sánchez covered ‘Como yo te amo’, while Glenn Close was also encouraged to perform a song. «Thank you Glenn Close for this wonderful gift. Thank you Marta Sánchez for making us enjoy your art so much,” the Embassy writes on social networks. Both artists have shared photos and videos of the moment, and they seemed very close.
