Mario Vaquerizo, hospitalized after falling in Horteralia

Horteralia was celebrated this weekend in Cáceres with performances such as Nebulossa, Kiko Rivera, Rosa López, Joe Crepúsculo, Putochinomaricón and Nena Daconte. The Nancys Rubias were also part of the lineup, performing on Saturday, October 19, between 0:30 a.m. and 2:00 a.m.

During the show, Mario Vaquerizo suffered a spectacular fall from the stage that took him to the Cáceres University Hospital.

The festival reported that his show could not end: “Mario has suffered an accidental fall during his performance. It was awkward, but it’s okay. The medical services treated him and took him to the hospital. Unfortunately, he is not in a position to go on stage and neither are the rest of the Nancys. From Horteralia we send Mario and his Nancys all our support and we hope he recovers as soon as possible.”

While the media reported that his medical discharge could occur during the same Sunday, in the middle of the afternoon that day, the Nancys updated their Instagram to report that he was “out of all danger.”

They said, entrusting themselves to God: “Dear FRIENDS… Last night we had a mishap… And with the fall of MARIO we got a good scare… THANK GOD Everything has stayed that way… He was immediately transferred to the hospital and today It is Out of All Danger…From @nancysrubias.oficial We Want to Thank You ALL for Your Interest & Your Continuous Shows of Respect and Affection… THANK YOU Truly 🌟.
